Families Together of Orange County is dedicated to helping our community overcome obstacles to obtaining quality healthcare. We serve as the bridge between the people within our community and the services they need to stay healthy; allowing for more people in the community to gain access to essential medical, dental, vision and behavioral health services as well as community resources, regardless of inability to pay.
Our Fountain Valley location offers specialized treatment for infectious diseases, including HIV treatment. Our newest location currently offers limited Primary Care Services. Please call ahead for an appointment.
