Fairways for Warriors is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that was founded in 2010 to combat the 22 a day suicides and help with the mental, physical, emotional, and social rehabilitation of combat wounded veterans and their families. The suicide rate among veterans is 22 a day, which is 8,000 per year. Fairways for Warriors is saving lives of our combat wounded veterans with a holistic approach to their combat post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). We provide camaraderie/community, golf sports exercise, and professional therapy for PTSD, anger management, and marriage counseling all at no cost to the veteran.
