About this Resource
Fairview Community Health Center is a federally funded Community Health Care Center providing a medical home for all who need it. Services include Family Practice, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Prenatal & Women's Health. All fees are on a sliding scale based on income and no one is refused services because of a lack of ability to pay. We are now in our 18 year of service to the South Central Kentucky Region and have moved to our brand new building.
