We are a federally qualified community health center, providing high quality, culturally sensitive, integrated care to all, regardless of ability to pay. We offer primary care for all ages: pediatric, adult and geriatric. We provide women's health and midwifery, dental care and behavioral heath care, as well as podiatry, dermatology, optometry and school-based health in both New Haven and East Haven Schools. We also provide Intensive Outpatient Treatment for children through age 18 at our Shoreline Family Health Care location in Branford. We offer in-house Quest Labs.
