ECHOS is a not-for-profit social services agency dedicated to mobilizing communities to prevent and alleviate poverty and promote stability in Lancaster County. Our mission is to empower families and individuals experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity through comprehensive programs that include housing support, case advocacy, emergency shelter, employment assistance, and crisis counseling. Our vision is to create a stable, thriving community.
