We focus on enhancing and accelerating recovery, managing complex medical conditions, and helping people regain the ability to function well in their day-to-day lives. As part of the Fairview Community Health and Wellness Hub, EICR enjoys opportunities for cooperative care and services. Our ultimate goal is to improve the health of those we serve while applying person-centered, culturally responsive approaches.
