EWSP began because both Ms. Bell and Ms. Shepard were both in positions where they observed men and women displaced without support from family or the community. The goal of the program is to assist all individuals in transition while providing direct support. The program has assisted men and women ages 18-75 years old who were transitioning from foster care, jail, prison, homelessness, and a few who were facing homelessness but were able to become part of the EWSP family. We believe in meeting each individuals specific needs in order to help them remove all barriers that prevent them from being successful in their own home or obtaining their own home.
