We are a 5 star Medicare rated skilled nursing facility, centrally located in Phoenix, Arizona. Proud to provide medical care at a post acute setting which includes Respirstory Therapy, Tracheostomy Care, Wound Care, IV antibiotics, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy. We have served the community for a multitude of years and bridge the gap between hospital and home. With multiple preferred hospital and insurance partnerships, we proudly tend to the community and the respective medical needs of each human being with love and compassion. At our nursing home we provide rehab to individuals who are 18 and older.
