As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we accept Medicaid, Medi-Cal, Medicare, Denti-Cal, many private insurance plans (Alameda Alliance, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of CA, Health Pac), and self-pay patients on a sliding scale fee (based on ability to pay). Our patients come from Alameda County and the surrounding area. Services include: physicals, ECGs, wound ware, referrals, adult health education, diabetes and HTN wellness group, nutritional counseling, establishing wellness goals, weight management, treatment for Hepatitis C, and more.
