About this Resource

We believe everyone should have the opportunity to pursue their health and fitness goals. Our vision is to build healthy people and healthy communities through accessible fitness and nutrition coaching to the refugees and broader community of Clarkston, GA and surrounding areas. Our new facility has brand new equipment, a shower, a yoga room, kidszone room, and a recovery room that includes a cold plunge, red light therapy, and compression leg sleeves.
