Correctionville Specialty Care is a 39-bed skilled nursing facility offering rehabilitation services, skilled nursing care, long term care and hospice care. Our 9-unit assisted living apartment complex is next door. We are a part of Care Initiatives, Iowa’s largest not-for-profit skilled nursing and long term care provider. Correctionville Specialty Care accepts Medicare and Medicaid, and also serves as a contracted provider for the Veterans Affairs Community Nursing Home Program.
