Our 9-unit assisted living apartment complex is next door. We are a part of Care Initiatives, Iowa’s largest not-for-profit skilled nursing and long term care provider. Correctionville Specialty Care accepts Medicare and Medicaid, and also serves as a contracted provider for the Veterans Affairs Community Nursing Home Program.
