Connections Food & Resource Center offers a client choice food pantry that provides fresh produce, non-perishable, refrigerated, and frozen food, nutrition information and instruction, and help in connecting clients to additional services.

Arapaho, Butler, Clinton, Colony, Corn, Custer City, Eakly, Fay, Geary, Hammon, Hinton, Hydro, Lookeba, Thomas, Weatherford

TO RECEIVE SERVICE:
• provide a picture I.D.
• provide a proof of address by means of a current official document (e.g., utility bill, rent receipt, or lease agreement)
• gross household income must fall at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines
