Community Health Services of Union County, Inc.'s mission is to provide personalized, high-quality care to Union County and Anson County residents living with diabetes, high blood pressure, and other chronic diseases. We also accept patients who are needing a primary care physician and those patients who may need wellness exams, and physicals. We have a group of dedicated and experienced physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses and diabetes educators who believe in working with our patients to maintain and improve their health.
