We are a primary care and family physician clinic providing medical care to patients of all ages as well as behavioral health for both children and adults since 2007. The clinic is in the heart of Belgrade’s historic downtown with convenient, free street parking and in the city-owned lot at Main Street and Broadway. Services are provided by experienced family nurse practitioners, physician assistants, licensed clinical professional counselors, and licensed clinical social workers. A resource coordinator/certified application counselor also is available to assist with referrals to community resources, assistance with application paperwork, and help with accessing public benefits and insurance on the Healthcare Marketplace.
