The Community Health Center of Fort Dodge with locations in Fort Dodge, Mason City and Dayton, Iowa provides medical, dental and behavioral health services. Fort Dodge and Mason City offer dental services including cleanings, sealants, X-rays, extractions, and dentures. Mental Health is available at our Fort Dodge and Mason City clinics. We have a full staff of licensed counselors and therapists. Services are provided to patients regardless of insurance status. Most insurance plans are accepted, and a sliding fee scale is available for those who qualify.
