The Community Foundation of Northern Illinois (CFNIL) has been connecting community generosity to community needs since 1953. Located in Rockford and serving Boone, Ogle, Stephenson, and Winnebago Counties, CFNIL works to provide and grow a perpetual reservoir of support for the people and places of Northern Illinois. OUR MISSION: To inspire endowment and promote philanthropy for the current and future needs of the people of Northern Illinois. OUR VISION: A healthy, sustainable Northern Illinois supported by partnerships fostered by CFNIL.
