Church Hill Medical Mission is a free medical clinic for the uninsured and underinsured in our community. We accepts patients between the ages of 19-64. CHMM sees eligible patients by appointment only. We offer a diabetic specialty clinic during the day, and primary care clinic in the evening. Our patients receive pharmaceutical services as well as medical care. We DO NOT carry or dispense controlled or narcotic substances. Please call or come by during office hours to determine eligibility and schedule an appointment.
