Centered is a collective of holistic health practitioners and services including yoga & movement classes, massage therapy, infrared sauna, relationship & intimacy coaching, life coaching, acupuncture, sound healing, reiki, and wellness products including CBD, yoga gear, local arts, body care. We also offer workshops, private and corporate events in a joyful and peaceful environment. Our practitioners are some of the most experienced and educated within their unique fields of practice. We focus on your needs as an individual and your changing needs day to day. Specialized treatments and packages are available to care for the mind, body and spirit. We are devoted to supporting and elevating access to holistic health care in Central Kentucky.
