The North Region office of Catholic Charities provides social services to DeKalb, Noble, LaGrange and Steuben counties. Programs include: Retired Senior Volunteer Program Volunteer (RSVP), Community Center of Caring Food Pantry, Share the Warmth Coat Drive, Pack a Backpack Program, Resource and Referral, Youth Mentoring Program and Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA).
