What’s the solution to homelessness? More affordable housing. CASA is 501(c)3 nonprofit organization dedicated to providing permanent housing for low-income people living with disabilities. CASA is a different kind of landlord — we partner with local service agencies to provide support, empowerment, and opportunities to help each of our tenants avoid facing homelessness again in the future. Our team serves as affordable housing developers, hands-on property managers, and advocates for our tenants and neighborhoods.
