Carriage Hope Carriage "Hope" Charity Foundation (CHCF) is committed to providing Care, Help, Guidance, and Hope to low income Families and Children in our local communities through a team of dedicated Volunteers. We have organized free Piano, Art, Drama, Computer, and Tutoring Classes. These programs are designed to help Children reach their full potential through the power of Knowledge, Skill, and Hard Work to become productive members of society.
