CSI Support & Development is thrilled to announce the recent acquisition of an affordable senior housing apartment located in southern California’s picturesque Crescenta Valley, near the Verdugo Mountains. Burns Manor is in Sunland, a northern Los Angeles neighborhood, only 20 minutes from Magnolia Towers Co-op and 35 minutes from the CSI California regional office.

Burns Manor was initially developed in 1984 under HUD’s Section 202/8 program, later undergoing LIHTC rehabilitation in 2009. The 3-story building contains 82 units, contributing to CSI’s 6,973-unit portfolio. Burns Manor is CSI’s 16th property in our California region and 65th property nationwide.
