Brooklyn Org is a champion for Brooklyn. We mobilize people and resources to end inequity and injustice in Brooklyn, with the belief that we can be a beacon for what’s possible. We are a collective of changemakers—Brooklyn families and businesses, grassroots leaders and growing companies, local nonprofits and the communities they serve—with a shared commitment to racial justice and bettering our borough from the ground up. Since our founding in 2009 as Brooklyn Community Foundation, the first and only public foundation for New York City’s largest borough, we have moved over $125 million to nonprofits.
