Description

The Brevard Homeless Coalition (BHC) is a non-profit membership-based organization helping communities strategically plan to prevent and end homelessness. The BHC works to make homelessness rare, brief and non-recurring in Brevard County by collaborating with all communities across the county to build the system to achieve this goal. We coordinate local and national advocacy efforts, data collection and research, and serve as the lead agency for the Brevard County Continuum of Care where we assist in the coordination of programs and funding.
