Blount Beginnings housing and career program gives previously released citizens the opportunity to transition back into society effectively. We provide wrap around services to help our participants immediately overcome obstacles that can potentially place them back into the correctional system. Blount Beginnings welcomes each participant into our homes and provide their basic needs: clothing, groceries, transportation, assistance in securing identification, and part-time / full time employment during their first six months of release. In addition to our community mission, Blount Beginnings provides staffing services to all surrounding areas in Augusta, Georgia.
