The Family Health Centers located in East Jordan and Bellaire combine federal assistance, patient fees, community resources and your support to offer quality, affordable medical services.
Our Pharmacy is available to everyone, regardless if you are a patient at our Health Center. We offer a convenient drive thru.
This health center is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b, and a deemed Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n).
