This place is an absolute joke. This shelter is supposed to be a safe place for people experiencing domestic violence. The environment here is toxic. The staff are absolutely useless. They bully clients. They throw people out for no reason, while letting people stay that are constantly starting issues and threatening people. This place has not had cleaning products in months. The clients are supposed to share a bathroom to every three rooms and Arise does not supply bathroom cleaner. They are also frequently out of hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels. The claim they have advocates and counseling available and they do not offer it to the people who need it most. I could go on and on about this place. Charlene Oden should be fired !!!
