Annabel’s Closet helps families that have left an abusive situation. Our purpose is to lighten their burden by providing them with furniture and household items needed for starting over that they cannot afford to purchase on their own. Generally these women/families leave with only what they are able to throw in their vehicle.
Annabel’s Closet provides the essentials needed to help them survive, restart, and thrive on their own in their new locations. Domestic violence is a difficult battle and our organization helps families gain hope for a brighter future. To accomplish our mission, we rely solely on volunteers and donations. If it weren’t for our assistance, many of them would return to their abuser.
