As a community health center we provide: primary care, dental care, lab, HIV specialty care, hepatitis C treatment, mental health counseling, medication assistance, and case management to patients regardless of their ability to pay. We welcome Medicaid, Medicare, uninsured, and private insurance. Avita Pharmacy is located in the lobby of our main site. Affinity's main site is located in Rock Hill with 3 additional locations in Clover and York (2). Services vary by location.
