About this Resource
The 5Cities Homeless Coalition is working to strengthen the south San Luis Obispo County community by mobilizing resources, hope, and support for the homeless and those facing poverty. Efforts of the Coalition are focused on helping individuals and families regain their housing, or prevent them from becoming homeless. We help families meet their life needs of support, food and shelter, while gaining personal development and financial capability.
