360 Housing Stability

Description

We take pride in housing the homeless. We are making a direct impact in the lives of people who are suffering from housing instability with our case management services. We work with clients directly and come along side of community case workers and shelter advocates to find housing and resources for our unhoused community. We also work directly with clients within the community.
