Delhi Center offers Senior programs offer healthy socialization activities. We also advocate to help residents resolve disputes with their phone and utility bills. We also are home to Orange County Head Start. The last thing is we are a Center that also serves as a venue for private and public events, such as conferences, expos, workshops, health fairs, employee events, wedding receptions, quinceañeras, and other functions to meet the community's needs.
