Four Rivers is the medical & dental home of choice in Dent County as we ensure everyone as access to preventative medical & dental care, health education and community resources for all ages. We have been providing quality healthcare in Mid-Missouri since 2014. The Salem location offers comprehensive dental & healthcare including annual exams, medication and chronic disease management, vaccinations, lab services, and same day and walk-in appointments. We provide free Medicaid application support for anyone. We accept Medicaid, most insurance plans and offers a sliding fee application for self-pay. Text or call us to schedule an appointment.
