We work with each client to practice health through trauma informed group bodywork, sacred spa rituals, meditation, couples intimacy building classes, private coaching/ groups, and regular yoga classes. At the The Ōha Bodywork and Wellness we employ tools such as deep tissue massage, wellness cocoons, body walking, meditation, breathwork, art, plant medicine, soundbowls, traditional Hawaiian wisdom, pranic Healing, infrared sauna, fire cupping, Ho’opono, hypnotherapy, NLP, reiki, outdoor events and ecological awareness to support our clients well-being.
