Sattva Yoga and Wellness Center
Description
Sattva Yoga Center is a non-profit "wellness center" with partners offering yoga, tai chi, meditation, counseling, holistic health coaching, addiction recovery support, and wellness programs in downtown Lynchburg. Yoga for Veterans and Recovery support groups also provide opportunities to find community and restoration of mind, body and soul. Funding for programs is received through community grants, sustaining memberships and donations helping us provide services for those in need.
