Safe Organized Spaces Richmond (SOS)

Description

SOS Richmond brings housed and unhoused neighbors together to support folks experiencing homelessness by providing safe living spaces, job opportunities, encampment services, and outreach. We implement an on-the-ground grassroots, empowerment-based approach. Our model is constituent-designed, focuses on the dignity of people, and provides genuine opportunities for change with peer-to-peer relationship- and trust-building.
