The Navigation Center

Description

At The Navigation Center, we take a multi-faceted approach to helping Charleston’s unhoused and those at-risk of homelessness. Each person is unique and faces individual challenges that require person-centered solutions. With our nonprofit serving as a central hub, we are able to connect each family and individual with resources to help address their situation. Our coalition of providers works together to ensure positive outcomes for those we serve.
