South County Compassion Center
Description
The Compassion Center provides for the immediate needs of South Santa Clara County residents who have lost their homes. We’re also paving paths toward ending homelessness by helping dissolve the barriers that keep people on the streets. To truly eradicate homelessness in our community, we need your help.
