Health Commons at Pond is a school-based health and wellness clinic seeing children and young adults from birth through 21 years of age. Services include free services such as:
*vaccinations for those uninsured or with state insurance,
*free sports physicals and post-COVID-19 return to play physicals,
*acute illness,
*minor sports injuries including concussions,
*screening with brief intervention and referrals for mental health,
*family interventions,
*healthy habits, nutrition, and wellness,
