Welcome to The Inner Sanctum Jiu-Jitsu Club. We are the only club sharing Authentic Gracie Jiu-Jitsu for self defense located in the eastern North Carolina area.
Our focus is to continue Grand Master Helio Gracie's legacy by spreading the self-defense aspect of jiu-jitsu to our students. Using a structured curriculum, based on proven techniques originally created by Grand Master Helio Gracie, our training programs will prepare children and adults to defend themselves.
Our club motto is “To Defend Ourselves and Those That Cannot”. Here at The Inner Sanctum Jiu-Jitsu Club, we firmly believe jiu-jitsu is for everyone. We do not train mat bullies or allow competitive egos to jeopardize other students’ safety.
