Vietnam Veterans of IRC Dba Voices for Veterans, of Indian River County. Our primary mission is to help Indian River Counties homeless veterans and veterans who need additional assistance in their lives, furnishings and food needs. We are also the originators of the Indian River County Veterans Court, providing veteran volunteers, as Mentors, adjudicated by Judge N Menz. Additionally, we have four Post Service Officers, who file claims with the VA for benefits the Veteran has earned. We also have an in house attorney that handles discharge upgrades and Board of Veterans Appeals cases.
