School based health centers (SBHC) can deliver care to young people in our community who may not have access to care elsewhere. Health students are better learners. When students don’t feel well, it’s much harder to learn and pay attention in class. CHAS Health can assist the school community in providing high quality, safe, age-appropriate healthcare to students and staff where they already spend much of their day - at school. Healthy kids and staff can minimize absences and promote higher quality learning in the classroom.
