Our organization seeks additional funds for the purpose of assisting the community and economic development of. The immediate goal of the organization is to begin new or existing construction on single-family homes that will be owned by the very low-income families Our organization will sell back the rehabilitated home or brand new home to low-income persons using the area median income (AMI) in the region developed annually by HUD. Our organization's purpose in engaging in such activities is to provide housing opportunities in low-income rural and urban communities in the Omaha, Nebraska Metropolitan areas and improve the economy and community. These activities promote exempt purposes by relieving conditions of poverty and homelessness.
