For more than 25 years, the AltaMed Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly, or PACE, has been helping seniors with chronic medical conditions enjoy the peace of mind and independence of staying at home, all while receiving the personalized health care and the social activities they need to live well. PACE has been a cornerstone of AltaMed's services since 1996. The AltaMed PACE program has grown to 15 centers, serving more than 4,500 seniors in Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
