Originally established in 1978 in Lincoln, MI, Alcona Health Center is a non profit, Federally Qualified, community health center with locations throughout northern Michigan. We are a Patient Centered Medical Home, offering medical, behavioral health, dental and pharmacy services. Medicaid, Medicare and most insurances accepted. Income based sliding fee is available.
