About this Resource
Freeburn Community Health Center is located at the site of the former Freeburn Community Senior Citizen Center. An interesting aspect of FCHC is that all of the staff are from the Freeburn area, giving this clinic the neighborly feel that is a hallmark of our Big Sandy Health Care family of clinics. FCHC offers same day appointments, lab testing, and x-rays. Because of our status as a community health center, FCHC offers its services to patients regardless of their ability to pay.
