CHEMED (Center for Health Education, Medicine & Dentistry) is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing comprehensive, integrated health care to the surrounding community. Located in Lakewood, New Jersey, CHEMED delivers access to health services regardless of whether a patient is insured, underinsured, or uninsured. CHEMED offers many services including Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Women's Health, Behavioral Health, Radiology (including X-Rays & Bone Density Screening), Dentistry, Podiatry, Geriatrics, and an on site Pharmacy with delivery.
