About this Resource
Community Conscience is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization that owns and operates the Human Services Center serving Ventura County in Southern California.
We offer rent-free space to non-profit social service organizations in our 22,000 square-foot building. We also provide a telephone referral service to help individuals locate needed services.
