As a Federally Qualified Health Center, we are a resource for wellness, prevention and quality care. We provide primary care, women’s health, pediatric care, dietary assistance, and behavioral health at all of our offices. We are committed to providing quality health care to patients in our service area, regardless of their ability to pay.
